How we collect, use, and protect your information.
Last updated: August 2026
Say Again Press ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what limited personal data we collect through this website — for example, when you download our catalogue — and how we use it. We are a small publishing studio and collect only what we need for marketing and communication purposes; we do not sell your data to anyone.
Say Again Press, in partnership with Bloomsbury India. For any privacy-related question, you can reach us at editor@sayagainpress.com.
When you fill in a form on this site (such as our catalogue download form), we collect:
We only collect what's shown on the form itself — we don't track you elsewhere on the site or collect any other personal data through it.
We use this information for marketing purposes only: to send you the catalogue you've requested, and — only if you've agreed via the checkbox on our form — to occasionally send you updates about new books, events, or the Say Again Press podcast. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We collect and use this data based on your consent, given by ticking the checkbox on our form. You are always free not to tick it, in which case we will not add you to our marketing list (though this may mean we can't share the requested download with you either, since the checkbox is how we confirm you're happy to hear from us).
Form submissions are stored directly in a private Google Sheet within our own Google account. We do not use third-party marketing or CRM tools to process this data beyond Google's infrastructure, which hosts the sheet.
We retain your details until you ask us to delete them, or until you unsubscribe from our updates — whichever comes first. We periodically review our list and remove data we no longer need.
You can, at any time:
To exercise any of these, simply email editor@sayagainpress.com and we'll act on it promptly.
Our forms are intended for adults (authors, industry professionals, and readers). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time as our website or practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your data can be sent to editor@sayagainpress.com.
